You feel at home in our apartment in Merano/Meran, more precisely in Lagundo/Algund. The comfortably furnished apartments in South Tyrol have a living room and bedroom or living area in the corner, a fully equipped kitchen, large balcony and bathroom. You also have the option while you are staying at the apartment in Merano and Environs of leaving your car in the garage or on the car park right next to the accommodation in Lagundo/Algund near Merano/Meran.

Prices are per apartment for 2 people or in apartment type E for 4 people.

3-5 years receive a 70% discount on the adult price
6-13 years receive a 50% discount on the adult price
Additional person receives a discount of 30%

Facts worth knowing about your stay at the apartment in Merano/Meran

The Province of Bolzano/Bozen has been charging a local tax since 01.01.2014. This is EUR 1.70 per person per night for Residence Josefshof guests. Children and youngsters up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

The apartment in Lagundo/Algund is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier. We ask you to vacate the apartment in Merano/Meran by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We would like to point out that cash payments can only be made up to EUR 999.99 in Italy. Non-EU citizens are exempt from this. It is possible to pay using bank and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

We ask you to pay a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price when making your reservation.

Take advantage of our early bird rates! Finalise your reservation at least 3 months in advance to enjoy a 5% discount on the price of your vacation.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 45 days before the start of the holiday: observance processing fees 25,00 Euro (NOT EU-countries 50,00 Euro) the remaining deposit is refunded.
Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday:we withhead the deposit.
For cancellations between 15 and 8 days before departure, the cancellation costs are 70% of the total amount.
For cancellations between 7 and 0 days before departure, the cancellation costs are 100% of the total amount. 100% of the total costs will also be charged in the event of a no-show or later arrival or earlier departure.
