So that feeling great is even easier in our apartment in South Tyrol we offer you services that are already included in the accommodation price.

• You receive the LagundoCard/AlgundCard from us with which you have unlimited use of all public transport, such as buses, trains and selected cable cars in South Tyrol free of charge.
• Fully equipped kitchen and bed linen provided in your apartment in South Tyrol.
• Twice a week you receive fresh towels from us and every 14 days fresh bed linen.
• You have unlimited use of electricity, water and heating free of charge.
• You also have free use of a satellite TV, phone and room safe in your apartment in South Tyrol.
• The outdoor pool can be used free of charge. It is heated using solar power and its open from May to October.
• Our Residence Josefshof includes an underground garage and car park with plenty of parking spaces right next to the house.
• As our guest you do not need to buy water from the shop because the water from our tap (and in our pool) is of highest quality and stems directly from the mountains – good for your wallet and for the environment

• Visit our own pastry store Konditorei Überbacher in South Tyrol! Every guest receives 10% discount of all you eat or drink directly there.
• Please let us know beforehand if you require a bed for your child. The price until 7 nights are 30,00 Euro, for 8 nights and more 45,00 Euro. You can borrow children’s high chairs free of charge.
• Dogs are welcome in our apartment in South Tyrol. We charge EUR 20.00 per dog per day without food.
• We have a washing machine for our guest in the basement; 4,00 Euro for wash cycle. The coins you can take in the Reception.
• For each apartment, a final cleaning fee is charged based on the size and number of rooms.
