General Information

The local tax for our holiday apartment in Merano and Environs is EUR 1,35 per person per night. All children and youngsters up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.

The holiday apartment in Merano and Environs is available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier. Please vacate your holiday apartment in Merano and Environs by 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure.

We would like to point out that cash payments can only be made up to EUR 999.99 in Italy. Non-EU citizens are exempt from this. It is possible to pay using bank and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).

The reservation is only binding once you have paid a deposit amounting to 30% of the total price.

Early bird rates: finalise your reservation at least 3 months in advance to enjoy a 5% discount on the price of your vacation.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 45 days before the start of the holiday: observance processing fees 25,00 Euro (NOT EU-countries 50,00 Euro) the remaining deposit is refunded.
Up to 30 days before the start of your holiday: we withhead the deposit.
For cancellations between 15 and 8 days before departure, the cancellation costs are 70% of the total amount.
For cancellations between 7 and 0 days before departure, the cancellation costs are 100% of the total amount. 100% of the total costs will also be charged in the event of a no-show or later arrival or earlier departure.
